1. This website
cirvgreen.com is a static site served from Cloudflare's edge network. It sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third-party tracking scripts. We do not build a profile of you when you read these pages. Our web server keeps short-lived, anonymised request logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested) for security and abuse prevention only; these are retained for a maximum of 30 days and are never sold or shared.
2. When you contact us
If you email hello@cirvgreen.com or submit a contact form, we receive the details you choose to send — typically your name, email address, and message. We use them solely to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We never add you to a marketing list without explicit opt-in.
3. Our WordPress plugins
Cirv Box, Cirv Guard, Cirv Pulse, and Cirv Comply run inside your own WordPress installation. They process data on your server and do not phone home by default. Premium tiers use Freemius for licensing and opt-in usage analytics; you are asked to consent during activation, and you can decline and still use the plugin. See Freemius's own privacy terms for what their SDK collects when you opt in.
4. Our hosted tools (Schema Audit, Schema Lead Finder, Cirv Sight)
When you use a hosted tool, we process the URLs and content you submit in order to run the audit or analysis and return a result. Account-based tools store your email and the records you generate so you can return to them. Paid plans are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details — Stripe processes payment data under its own PCI-compliant terms.
5. EngramX (npm)
EngramX is an open-source library that runs locally on your machine. It builds its index in a local .engram/ directory and sends nothing to us. We have no telemetry on EngramX and cannot see how you use it.
6. Third parties we rely on
We keep the list short and name them plainly: Cloudflare (hosting + CDN), Stripe (payments for hosted tools), Freemius (plugin licensing), WordPress.org (plugin distribution), and npm (library distribution). Each processes only the data needed for its function, under its own terms.
7. Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us what data we hold about you, request a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA), these rights are statutory and we honour them at no charge. Email hello@cirvgreen.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Data retention & security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete it. Hosted-tool records persist while your account is active; close your account and we remove them. All data in transit is encrypted over HTTPS.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the "last updated" date above. Material changes affecting paid accounts are communicated by email.
