1. Who we are
"Cirvgreen", "we", and "us" mean Cirvgreen FZ-LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. "Products" means our WordPress plugins (Cirv Box, Cirv Guard, Cirv Pulse, Cirv Comply), our hosted tools (Schema Audit, Schema Lead Finder, Cirv Sight), and the EngramX library.
2. Licensing
Our WordPress plugins are licensed under the GPL, consistent with the WordPress.org directory. EngramX is released under the Apache 2.0 license. Premium plugin tiers and hosted tools are licensed to you, not sold — you receive a non-exclusive right to use them per your chosen plan. You may not resell, sublicense, or remove licensing notices from paid components.
3. Payment, billing & refunds
Premium plugin tiers are billed through Freemius; hosted-tool subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency and exclude any taxes you may owe locally. We offer a 14-day refund on first-time paid purchases — email hello@cirvgreen.com within 14 days and we'll process it, no interrogation. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable use
Use the Products lawfully. Don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer our hosted services; don't use the Schema Lead Finder or any tool to harvest data in violation of a third party's terms or applicable law; don't use our tools to send unsolicited bulk email. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other users.
5. What the tools do — and don't — guarantee
Our schema, accessibility, and compliance tools are aids, not certifications. Cirv Comply helps you work toward accessibility and regulatory readiness, but using it is not a legal guarantee of compliance with the WCAG, the EAA, the ADA, or any other standard. You remain responsible for your own site's compliance. Audit results are best-effort and depend on the input you provide.
6. Availability
We aim for high uptime on hosted tools but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may update, change, or retire features. For paid plans, material changes that reduce what you paid for will be communicated in advance, and you may cancel for a pro-rata refund if a change materially harms your use.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The Products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cirvgreen's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Products is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Product in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost revenue or data.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Dubai, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the Products after a change means you accept the revised terms.
